Please provide your name, contact details, property address, and a clear description of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and provide a full response within 15 working days.
Step 2: Internal Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you can ask for your complaint to be escalated to our Compliance Director. We will review your complaint afresh and provide a final written response within a further 15 working days.
Step 3: The Property Ombudsman
If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process, you have the right to refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) — our independent dispute resolution service. TPO is free to use and their decisions are binding on us.
