We Started Because We Saw a Problem

Back in 2012, our founder watched a close friend lose their home to repossession — not because there wasn't a buyer out there, but because the traditional property sale process was simply too slow. By the time an estate agent had listed the property, found a buyer, worked through a chain, and instructed solicitors, the lender had already begun proceedings.

It was that moment that sparked the idea: what if there was a company that would simply buy the house — with its own money, quickly, fairly, and without all the friction of the open market?

Buy My Property Fast was born from that question. We started small, buying our first handful of properties in Essex and the surrounding areas. Word spread quickly, because we did exactly what we said we'd do: we made fair offers, we completed fast, and we never let a seller down.
